You have to work hard to earn money online. To be frank earning money online is much more difficult when compared to our normal jobs and businesses. If you don't have a website or blog, just goto www.blogger.com and create a blog of yours, it's easy to create a blog. Before actually creating a blog just think of the content first. If you are well versed with electronics create a blog which discusses about electronics. Then Google will place ads relevant to the content of the site after signing up for an addsense account and got it approved. Procedure is as follows.
- If you don't have a website or blog, create one in www.blogger.com after deciding the content
- Create posts in your blog without copying from anywhere. Content should be your own written
- Design it in an attractive way, so that people will be able to read and reach it easily
- Search for some meta tag generator websites on net (Ex :- http://www.onlinemetatag.com(Recommended))
- Follow the instruction and generate tags
- Sometimes the tags will miss the closing "/", if so add the closing "/" just before ">"
- Add the meta tags to your site
- To add metatags goto dashboard -> Layout -> Edit HTML
- Just after the tag paste the generated tags
- Click on save template
- Metatags are required for search engines to easily crawl your blog
- Goto Dashboard, Under Tools and resources click on Webmaster Tools
- Login and follow all the steps, get your site verified and upload a site map if possible
- Goto http://www.google.com/addurl/ and add your blogs URL, so that google spider will crawl your blog and display in the search results when someone tries to search for content present in your site
- Goto http://siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com/submit and add your URL
- Goto http://www.bing.com/docs/submit.aspx and submit your URL
- Goto http://www.hostned.com/resources_site_submit.htm and submit your URL
- There are many other sites where you can submit your URL
- Search on net through Google to submit your URL to as many search engines as posiible
- This ensures more traffic to your site
- Remember that Google will not approve your blog if you copy the content. Before applying for Ad sense check your site with www.copyscape.com
- If the results are zero continue to dashboard click on Monetize to place ads on your blog
- Follow the instructions and get your blog approved
Once Google approves your account, it places ads according to your blog settings. To change these settings in order to place more ads goto dashboard -> Layout and add ad sense gadgets where ever you want. You can even try www.adbrite.com and www.chitika.com. Now you have to drive more traffic to your blog so that there will be more clicks on the ads. Some of the tips to drive traffic to your website are as follows.
- Submit your blog's URL to as many search engines as possible, but be careful with spam websites
- Refine your meta tags whenever you change or add new content to your blog
- Goto online forums, discussions relating to your blog's content, participate in the discussions and leave your blog's URL, saying for more detailed explanation visit "http://YOURBLOG.blogspot.com"
- Include your blog's URL in the signatures of your mail accounts
- Goto www.TheBestlinks.com and add a button in your blog, so that people can subscribe to updates in your blog
- Add copyscape banner on your blog so that people will not copy your content
- You can see both of them on the top most section of my blog which keeps your content unique and increase the traffic to your blog
In Text Ads :-
